Symposium Support

The IESC Symposium Support Program allows you to share in the Society’s commitment to the advancement of scientific research.

Your support of a symposium session at the IESC 2025 will help the Symposium Organizers provide a high-quality technical program and encourage participation from researchers all over the world.

The Symposium Support Program offers four support levels—Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Exposure and recognition are based on your level of support and the opportunities in which you choose to participate.

Support Levels:

Platinum—80,000RMB

Title Sponsorship of the Conference Gala Dinner. As the title sponsor of the event (including on-site decoration, signage, and pre-event announcements), the title sponsor will be widely introduced. Additionally, the guests and VIPs of the title sponsor will enjoy the opportunity for distinguished hospitality (including reserved seating and tables). The location and arrangements of the event will be determined by the organizing committee.

Exclusive Sponsorship of the Conference Bag or Attendee Name Badge Lanyards. The sponsor's name will be printed on these items.

Provision of an exhibition booth at a prime location within the venue. (The sponsor may also bring their own booth or redesign the booth at their own expense).

The sponsor's logo will be displayed on the homepage of the conference website.

The sponsor's logo and a 100-word introduction of the sponsor will appear on the sponsor's promotional page of the conference website.

A link to the sponsor's website will be provided under the sponsor's logo.

The conference bag will include a copy of the sponsor's promotional page.

On-site signage recognition.

5 conference passes are included, granting access to all conference sessions and social events, with conference materials provided.

Gold—50,000RMB

Exclusive Sponsorship of the Conference Bag or Attendee Name Badge Lanyards. The sponsor's name will be prominently printed on these items.

Exclusive Provision of Exhibition Booths in prime locations within the venue. (Sponsors may also bring their own booths or redesign the booths at their own expense).

The sponsor's company logo will be prominently displayed on the homepage of the conference website.

A link to the sponsor's website will be provided beneath the sponsor's logo.

The conference bag will contain a one-page promotional insert from the sponsor.

On-site signage recognition will be provided.

Three conference passes are included, allowing access to all conference sessions and social events, with conference materials provided.

Silver—20,000RMB

Provision of an Exhibition Booth at a premium location within the venue. (Sponsors may also bring their own booth or redesign the booth at their own expense).

The sponsor's company logo will be featured prominently on the main page of the conference website.

A web link to the sponsor's website will be provided beneath the sponsor's logo.

On-site signage recognition will be provided.

Two conference passes are included, granting access to all conference sessions and social events, with conference materials provided.

Bronze—10,000RMB

Provision of an exhibition booth at a prime location within the venue. (The sponsor may also bring their own booth or redesign the booth at their own expense).

The sponsor's company logo will be displayed on the main page of the conference website.

One conference pass is included, allowing participation in all conference sessions and social events, with conference materials provided.
